1 Drugs<\/strong>
\nDrug possession, purchase, sale or use of drugs is expressly prohibited in The Suite Amsterdam.
\nThe Suite Amsterdam disclaims any liability or damage caused by the use or presence of drugs. Smoking is only allowed on the first floor (lounge and kitchen).<\/p>\n

2 Nuisance<\/strong>
\nIf any nuisance is found, use will be terminated immediately without refund. The supply of electricity, lighting, heating and air conditioning of The Suite Amsterdam can be controlled remotely. If the house rules are violated, we reserve the right to (permanently) interrupt the supply of these services without refund, to terminate the visit immediately, and to charge the maximum deposit amount of \u20ac300,-<\/p>\n

3 Maximum number of people<\/strong>
\nWe are a Bed and breakfast facility and strictly follow municipal regulations. This means, among other things, that we use a maximum number of 4 people who can be present at the same time. The first two people are included in the rental price. For other persons, an additional charge of \u20ac75,- applies per unique person who enters the building, regardless of the duration of his or her presence. Additional persons must be registered in advance with the management of The Suite Amsterdam. Violation of this rule means immediate termination of the stay in The Suite Amsterdam. We also reserve the right to charge the maximum deposit amount of \u20ac300. In addition to the loss of the deposit, the costs of eviction are at least \u20ac300,-<\/p>\n

4 Damage and loss of accessories<\/strong>
\nThe tenant is responsible for The Suite Amsterdam and all objects present in The Suite Amsterdam. Missing or damage to objects and interior is the responsibility of the tenant. Tenant accepts the financial consequences in the event of loss or damage. In the event of damage to furniture and\/or materials, replacement costs will be charged. Deposit is by credit card or cash in advance. Costs due to damage, breakage or loss of materials\/accessories will be settled via the credit card or cash deposit issued.<\/p>\n

5 Presence of furniture and accessories<\/strong>
\nThe Suite Amsterdam has a BDSM theme. The interior and accessories support the theme, but the presence of specific furniture, accessories or other inventory is never guaranteed. We always recommend that you ensure the presence of your favorite accessories.<\/p>\n

6 Identification<\/strong>
\nYou must identify yourself at check-in with a valid ID with a clear photo and name and address. facts. The copy of this ID is only used for: legal irregularities. Your data will be destroyed upon departure from The Suite Amsterdam.<\/p>\n

7 Found objects<\/strong>
\nThe Suite Amsterdam is not liable for any goods left behind or other forgotten materials.<\/p>\n

8 <\/strong>Check-in Check-out<\/strong>
\nCheck-in
\nThe Suite Amsterdam has a contactless check in. You can enter The Suite at your own convenience, but please note that you need to notify us if you are arriving later than 18:00 hours.
\nAfter 18:00 hours we will handle your absence as a no show,<\/strong> and proceed immediately with our administrative handling of the administrative cancellation by no show.<\/p>\n

9 Disclaimer<\/strong>
\nThe Suite Amsterdam is in no way responsible for damage arising in or in relation to The Suite Amsterdam or otherwise related to The Suite Amsterdam.<\/p>\n

10 Cancellations<\/strong>
\nWe charge 50% of the booking amount if you cancel more than thirty (30) days before the booking date.
\nWe charge 100% of the booking amount if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days before the booking date or if no cancellation is made. No shows are considered cancellations without notice.
\nReservations are not transferable to third parties.<\/p>\n

The expiration or revocation of a pre-authorization by the renter’s credit card company or bank does not constitute grounds for The Suite Amsterdam to cancel the reservation. It is the renter’s responsibility to seek information at their bank or The Suite Amsterdam.<\/p>\n

11 Reasons for Cancellation<\/strong>
\n<\/span>No leniency will be extended in the event of cancellation due to medical necessity by the renter, partner, friends, family, or guests of the renter.
\nNo leniency will be extended in the event of extreme weather conditions.
\n<\/span>No leniency will be extended in the event of canceled flights, train journeys, boat trips, etc. In these cases, you must make a claim on your travel insurance.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

12 <\/span><\/strong>Moving a reservation<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Moving a confirmed reservation is only possible under strict conditions.
\n<\/span>\u2022 The maximum term expires two weeks before the start of the confirmed reservation. Reservations made within the 14 day period are not eligible for relocation. We will process rescheduling of reservations more than 90 days before reservation free of charge, provided that no administrative changes take place other than the date.
\n<\/span>\u2022 The new date must be reserved immediately and paid in full. Immediate payment of the entire reservation can be made via payment request\/bank transfer or via credit card tax. The surcharge for credit card transactions is 5% due to bank costs.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Price \u20ac105,- per night for moving reservations from Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and \u20ac85,- per night for Friday and Saturday.
\n<\/span>Explanation of rate: Since most of our guests book well in advance, there is a risk of loss of income when releasing reserved dates. Even with data released within 6 weeks, the percentage of “days not resold” is very high. The risk on Friday and Saturday is smaller than on the other days. Another cost aspect is the multiple administrative efforts that are made to move the reservation, such as the financial settlement and drawing up and sending the new confirmation.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

13 Liability<\/strong>
\n<\/span>The tenant is liable for all fines imposed by the landlord or property owners that result from failure to comply with the house rules\/general terms and conditions during the stay. The tenant is also liable for all legal and procedural costs arising from failure to comply with the house rules. The tenant is also responsible for loss of income resulting from failure to comply with the house rules\/general terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

14 Minors policy<\/strong>

17<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Early termination of stay<\/strong>
\nFailure to comply with our house rules\/general terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the stay without any refund. We also reserve the right to charge the full deposit amount of \u20ac300,- (afterwards), without the possibility of correspondence. In the event of reasonable suspicion of violation of the house rules, we are authorized to enter The Suite Amsterdam without prior permission. We are also authorized to grant third parties permission to enter The Suite Amsterdam during your presence or absence.<\/span><\/p>\n

18<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Privacy<\/strong>
\nIn connection with your privacy, all credit card charges are carried out without description or reference to The Suite Amsterdam. Bank and\/or credit card costs are borne by the cardholder.<\/span><\/p>\n
